Brigadier General Ken Freeman
Commander, Alabama Brigade
**

I was appointed commander of the Alabama Brigade
and promoted to Brigadier  General on 8 June 2008.

The organization is new, formed up this year, and will
require a lot of work from everyone.  I am excited and
look forward to the challenge. Recruiting will be the
most difficult chore. 

Alabama  Brigade  will consist of  HQ and  three
Battalions, each  about equal to 1/3  of the state.
